Trevor Abell has 35 years of professional experience in tropical forest management and natural resource planning with 17 years long-term duty within Africa – particularly, Zambia, Malawi, Kenya and Ghana and further long-term assignments in Indonesia and Nepal in addition to a series of short term studies in other countries. He has acquired substantial expertise in institutional support, team leadership, project management and project preparation as well as the technical aspects of forest inventory, forest planning and the management of natural forest and plantations.
