• Dear Simon Happy New Year!  Sorry to hear that you are still not getting alerts - I did get an alert for this post. By this message I am asking members to post here whether they are happy or not happy to have their full contact details stored on the internal part of the website (i.e. not open to the public) . I'd suggest, Simon, that you leave it a couple of weeks and we review the responses; then I would be very grateful if you could do your chase up of those who have not responded. In the meantime I shall prepare an refreshed table  from the file I already  hold and can be ready to publish before the end of the month. Thanks Alan

• Update on the meeting I've only had a few replies to joining the meeting, and only one apology for absence so far. Is anyone else wanting to join? I've sent Google Meet invites to those who have responded and they need only click on the link in the email to let themselves in. For the rest if you want to join on the day, please try this link - meet.google.com/sfc-vfmy-odx and we can give you access into the meeting room. Look forward to seeing many of you there for a couple of hours Regrettably Tier 3 Lockdown in Kent has done for any post - meeting social event but we can continue beyond the end of formal business for as long as anyone wishes to stay on line. • Hi Simon - many thanks for your mail. You should have several emails from Nienke since the website went live that help with the login process. And she has put detailed and very readable instructions under "how to edit your post" under NRGroup Documents section - which can be saved as a Word Doc and put away for future reference. Thanks for raising the address issue - I shall put it on the list for discussion at the meeting. Under GDPR we decided to be cautious about this and not put these details behind the members only login area in case of a breach. We can discuss the pros and cons as I know several members have had difficulty tracing individuals and we could have a proposal at the meeting to consider a change in the policy to store those details and give members an "opt out " condition if they do not wish any specific details to be stored on the site. Both Liz and I should maintain a members' address list for admin purposes so would appreciate anyone who changes address update us directly. Finally - thanks very much for the offer of the summer meeting and BBQ to be held at your abode if you are still in Kent; I think we shall all be eager to meet up if we can by that stage.

• Hi Martin I assume you are using Google Chrome?  Don't think it works for other browsers.  If you are using Google Chrome I am not sure what the problem is - it loaded in the top right without any bother for me, have not tested it yet but assume once a meeting is up and running it should work OK.

• Hello All For those attending the meeting today , you may be interested in this addition to Google Chrome browsers - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-meet-grid-view/kklailfgofogmmdlhgmjgenehkjoioip/related?hl=en Click on Add Extension and it will appear as an icon in the top right hand corner.  When you are in the Google Meet and click on it - a gridded view will allow you to see all participants at once (if they have their video on ).  Note I've found it a bit unstable when you do share screen but you can turn it off and on again whenever you want during a meeting. "See" some of you later Alan

• Hi Cathy The last two EU contracts I have done, the EU rep has to countersign the timesheets - the first on the team leader signed them then the EU country officer signed, the second only the EU programme manager had to sign them off, but the timesheets could only be submitted to the consortium with those signatures before payments could be arranged.

• For attaching TOR,  - click on Edit to edit topic.  Click on Add Media, select your file and add to the Media Library, then select and add to your topic.
