Ten Commandments

(Exodus 20)

The ten commandments, like the characteristics of charity,
are both positive and negative.
There are seven do nots, and three dos,
 weighted - as would be expected -
in favour of sins of commission.  
I had a bit of trouble linking them up to the personalities,
and what best corresponds to sins of thought, word, deed and omission.
The sins to which the commandments refer seem to correspond as noted above
 – having one God, and not murdering -
might seem an odd pair,
but I think both require a balanced personality to be obeyed (or disobeyed).
