FOUR DEGREES OF COMMUNICATION

The “JOHARI” window concept,
invented by a Joseph and Harry (hence the name)
suggests that the personality we present to the world
depends on the extent to which we know ourselves,
and let others know what we know.
There are four views that we present to the world through four panes.
They are named as follows: Unknown; Blind Spot; Arena; and Façade.
Ideally we should strive to be as open as is appropriate,
with the Arena pane being the largest.
It seems to me that the temperaments that naturally have the largest panes
are those as shown.
